I was at a fair housing meeting the other day and an attorney explained that landlords can ask for a letter from the tenant's doctor that supports the use of the animal.

Heck for fifty years doctors went on TV saying cigarettes were safe. 

As soon as we found out instead of feeling sorry for ourselves we immediately started problem solving and figuring out how we were going to beat this thing and how we were going to maintain financially since my doctors were telling me I wasn't going to be capable of work.From February 2015 to December 2015 I was put through the ringer with chemo, stereotactic radiation, surgery, and some more chemo.  

I find the property and they do 90% of the work and are buying larger properties.That is different from my other clients where they have lot's of money and might have sold  a business, high level corp executive, doctor,etc. but need help and experience finding a property and purchasing.

They just informed me that their son has been diagnosed with autism and the doctor gave them a letter/prescription advising that he have a "comfort dog". 

Most of my investors are good friends from my days in the NFL and a few local doctors.

I saw them quite thoroughly and loudly, as my biased memory fondly recalls in these bleak later years...On a related matter, this one time, I had the cops toss a doctor out of one of my properties.

@James Green I believe I heard that you can require a Doctors note saying that she needs a service animal.

People who lend money professionally.I think of Private lenders as parents, family, friends, buddies, associates and interested doctors, dentists, and businessmen who want to invest some money but don't necessarily do so on a regular basis.

The tenant must provide a letter/certificate from a doctor and you then must accept the animal as an ESA.
