You are right in some cases, access to labs is critical for R&D so many will need to go back.

They release to the students as they are making money of the kids. 1 unit computer lab , one unit for one duty security , two units for the laundry room.

I'm a full time lab tech at THE Ohio State University and I've been searching for a side hustle for well over a year now. 

While not in favor of this bill passing I don't think it's going to cause any drastic changes.I have a lot more to worry about than meth labs.

I am familiar with meth lab signs and this place had none of them.
