Would you be willing to share what you charge for your transactional funding loans?

Yes I have known it to work because the owner is not a push over, enforces policy and can make it run good......however, do you have the right personality to do this, AND if you move out can you continue to have the house run smoothly with no one in charge.  

(I am looking for private lenders who don't charge interest but rather take a portion of the profit.)I emailed the support desk for a refund. 

My absolute best advice with ANY STR prospecting is to contact the municipality in charge of regulating that area of region.

If you don't specify a charge in your listing, you can't collect it. 

If there is one thing I have learned, is nobody is going to charge you a fee to learn to get rich lol.

If you see work crews reaching out, ask the person in charge of securing housing where they go looking.

Also get rid of the cat or you'll be charged an additional $xxx fee and an extra $xx/month.

So we were charged about $250 more than usual.

Of course they are going to have bad credit or they would be looking in a better area.Another thing you may want to consider to drive more applications is to not charge the application fee.
