I have not had much issue renting units in the winter -- what I've found is that fewer landlords are advertising rental units so the people that do want/need to move in the winter have fewer choices and mine is one of the few.

:Geez ,you can have a Roof over your head for much less than 800k if that was your goal because any kind of Cash flow obviously isn’t in prime CA 800k and your roof will be a cardboard box on a lot you bought

What a load of tripe..The rating agencies were consulted by the banks issuing the paper, they worked with the issuers to craft the paper and and then gave them the "AAA" ratings, and were paid for their "services".The foreigners were foolish not to do due diligence, but they did not cause the meltdown, they were just lazy."
