Feel free to search YouTube for my testimonial videos, and many others who have had great success and isn't camera shy lol.I have met and talked to personally several of the other students and they are all making huge profits and having breakthroughs as well as myself but they are also working very hard for their success and Cody and his team are there every step of they way guiding myself and many others in the background making it all possible with the training, systems and programs to make sure every student is successful.

Real estate can be emotional for everyone involved, but I do my best to break through limiting factors in order to bring good deals to the table.

The learning curve is steep at first, but once you break through the first round of hurdles a lot of the fear component will be eased and you will be excited to continue investing.I don't want any money from you, but am happy to answer any specific questions you have about getting started in real estate investing, as I'm sure many others on these forums are as well.

You guys clearly aren’t ready for that convo.simply not true  these guys break through the LLC all the time I have more than 10 of them  ( LLC's) and get hammered daily.. 

In fact, it is not all that uncommon when using a commercial drain auger to break through weak waste lines,either.

I'm still in the hustling phases trying to breakthrough in real estate.

Once this deal fell through I had use the money to take care of some personal matters, so right now I'm trying to build capital for the next potential deal that comes my way.So for all the newbies out there if you don't succeed on your first deal keep it at and learn from your mistakes, I'm sure you will break through and be successful.
