Hi all,That is definitely a misleading headline and to be clear I just scanned the article but the past few weeks I've been reading numerous other articles about the proposed bills as well as the proposed bills themselves.The main goals of the proposed legislation is to give counties the ability to disallow 30 day rentals.   

And on the accounting side, this is one of the only services that has a proper receipt-scanning feature that will pull out relevant details and properly fill them in on a new transaction, rather than have you sitting there at the gas pump manually entering data from the receipt with your thumbs.

@Jacob Lopez you can also use rentometer.if you have an interest in a specific area though set ap alerts or scan rentals in the area periodically as if you were a renter to see renrs.
