.), other than that I have reports that the property had been well maintained so no complaints there.Thanks for your vote of confidence Christophe and as per the Ohio Cashflow standard, we don't just want to "throw a body" in your property and call it "tenanted".One of the #1 reasons it is taking longer than usual.We want a tenant that will stay and pay just like your first tenant that occupied the property for 1 year and 4 months and took great care of the house.I check in regularly with PM and believe we have a tenant lined up.I'll gladly check with the PM team tomorrow morning to be 100%.If not, we will cover the rent from today (You welcome) onward as I don't care how cold it is.There is no reason it should be vacant for more than 2 months :)Thanksps.

Hi all,That is definitely a misleading headline and to be clear I just scanned the article but the past few weeks I've been reading numerous other articles about the proposed bills as well as the proposed bills themselves.The main goals of the proposed legislation is to give counties the ability to disallow 30 day rentals.

@Jacob Lopez you can also use rentometer.if you have an interest in a specific area though set ap alerts or scan rentals in the area periodically as if you were a renter to see renrs.

At the end, the wife found another job and they are paying on time every month, not only that they maintain the house really good which is a big plus.You learn from each tenant that you have but make sure to do a proper due diligence every time that you scan a new one.
