I'm getting a lot of differing opinions from both real estate professionals and regulating bodies.

Everyone is giddy, positive and excited when starting a project, but different people react differently when things (large or small) go sideways.

Check with your state real estate governing body to find out what they require.  

Mainly because I have to pass inspection from the accrediting body prior to staring the business in the front portion of the building approx 3000 sqft.

In my area the appeals are heard in the middle of the year with the result of the appeal coming out in the fall so that the taxing bodies have the information for the following year's taxes. 

@Justin Goodin No body cares enough to come inspect physical copies of your partnership agreements and you know that.

Any body you see buying a lot of flooring material introduce your self in ask if they have a business card.

Compare its 70,000 student body to that of Stetson or Rollins with a few thousand and the needs are far less.
