Paying a fee of $4 for every $10,000 contributed.I've even seen Fidelity and CharlesSwabb offer a 0% expense ratio investing with their benchmarked sp500 index funds.Main reason why im rolling over to the ROTH IRA, is that I able to continually contribute to the account until my income disqualifies me.

I thought I would be single forever when I was in my early 20s, and now I've been married almost six years...you age/mature as a person and take on major life decisions accordingly.Your 401k is not going to help you in retiring early due to penalties -- that money can't be touched without penalty until retirement age...which for someone in their 20s, wouldn't surprise me if 70 became the new benchmark.

Seems like that would help you to understand what you need to do to either maintain or increase the rents to complete at both levels.Otherwise, you have no benchmark to compare to and without that, you could either under- or over-rehab the space for the rent you hope to charge.Wish you the best!
