The side and rear entrances are not protected and it would be very dangerous if large icicles dropped from the roof, 3 stories up... and the floors are over 15' tall each.I plan to replace that ugly covered main entrance with 4 10' columns and a V roof using reclaimed slate tiles to match the buildings slate roof...

Everyone believes in a V shaped recovery, but am pretty sure we can expect a W with the second dip being worse.

Including a washer and dryer in each unit is becoming a no-brainer since the rent premium is a great ROI and it reduces significant damage to each unit during turnover.This being said, I consider myself very AV savvy.

Pro's and Con's, I don't think there is a vs with these it is just differences, and even those vary wildly in different markets and the varying asset class's of each. 

I think that this would depend upon perspective (yours vs Realtor A vs Realtor B) and any contractual obligations.  

There can be a significant difference in labor to manage a Class A vs Class D property. 

I asked one of the engineers if a straigt configuration is so much more efficient than a V why do we not use them in all cars?

A nice one too with 110" screen, raised seating, in wall speakers, AV built ins, the whole works.

And I bought a bostich nailing gun and a VS-46 adapter to apply the siding with,,,it was a 46 Bostich gun ,,,VS stands for vinyl siding,,,think the adapter was like 25-30 bucksmmmand your right,it stops the nail from being driven tight.
