It is a shame and a hard decision to make.

Its a shame that this house never came up in preforeclosures otherwise we might could have saved his credit and got the house as well. 

I think its a very sad commentary on parents and the education system that so many people give this drivel so much credit.If I learned anything from that con man I'd be embarrassed to admit it.However, what I have learned on here is that many successful people are not ashamed - they hold up their previous ignorance as a badge of honor and wave this book like a bible.  

It would be ashame to waste any of these leads.

It seems a shame to lose the whole deal and over 1k between my EMD and ext. fee all because of these technicalities.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It would be a shame if you had to forgo your $300k after a few years because you couldn't keep up with the payments.Either way, keep us informed; I think we're all interested to hear what happens.
