When these investors talk about a stock such a "O" being a safe placement, because it operates leases with Walgreens, and medical services are a necessity there in setting those tenants as gold-standard, and servicing those leases as great investment, what they are saying is "Real Estate is THE safe bet", just in a longer narrative of such. 

A/O, probate, delinq. taxes); or can it be a mix between some of these to equal 1000 names?

Hi BP,  I sent out a very small letter campaign last week to about 100 AO's that I found by researching the tax assessment site.

I also had fun installing an AO Smith 240NI to replace the old 75 gallon HW tank, so that dropped the gas bill a lot more.

Definitely is for me.If you build a list, say AO in a zip code, and then filter by last recorded date or last market sale date, list source will trim the list WAAAYYY down to only the records they have a date for.

The divorce list isn't a list I would send to and absolutely mix in AO, OO and OSAO...

Take AO's for instance - who on earth would you quit mailing them so long as they are AO's?  

Send all out of state AOs first then send 50% owner ocs and 50% absentee.

But yes, you could easily find AOs through the MLS system (and I think most have that search option).Sigh.
