I suspect part of the reason might be because I have a no-alcohol policy for my property, which I understand might draw a lot of people away to some extent.

Very few people have the ability and the time to work both sides of the transaction.

(Most people do not know that FL 4-points are only good for one year, so get them every 12 months for sure.).  

W2s, personal homes and K1s are usually straightforward and can be DIY-ed by most computer-savvy and financially-savvy people.

It’s all about giving the right experience to the right people and ensuring your space speaks to what they value most. 

I’m curious to get some data on what people are spending on water/sewage each month on their duplexes….As the owner, water/sewage are the utilities I expect to pay myself.

Why do people who say the only people doing well today are the people who bought long ago (10+ years)?
