I am not at the point in my investing where I am using any of the major property management tools such as Podio, Buildium, Appfolio etc.

I am using Apperson & Crump on one now.

@Andrew Postell yes I am using an exchange company and they verified that yes the replacement property does have to go into the same name the old property was in.

I am using Vflyer right now to generate a very good looking ad for my properties, but I am looking for something, or someone who knows how to build something that will post to Zillow, CraigsList, Facebook, Twitter, Realtor.com, Trulia, ETC... 

I am just learning about DST however it seems like it locks up my funds and is complicated compared to what I am used to which is simply managing rental properties. 

Here is the problem I have... now the Airbnb calculator on the site does not appear to work, so I am using the rental income calculator because, to my mind, the principals are very similar.
