UTVs in the mountains may be more of a need than a golf carts at the beach, and while there's always the risk of people drinking and driving at a vacation property, getting drunk is almost the expectation at the beach whereas you can go to the Smokies without the sole goal of getting trashed...maybe.

In addition the poison causes them to need to drink so for the most part they will leave the building looking for water and die outside.

Also cut my alcohol intake.

Don't fall into the hole of drinking a lot of alcohol.

Plus you have a big honking parking lot which would be a great benefit to have people come after hours, get a drink and bite before going to a show.That being said. 

@Sam BoothTrim trees (don't cut down), flowers or plants along walk way, paint door, river rock or some stone where bushes are, Dark mulch around tree, plant grass, drink a beer and call it a day.That said, I have no idea about the ARV in the neighborhood so that could be too much work...or too little.

The Christmas party basically turns into an Irish Pub and people drink heavily.

When I go on vacation with family and friends we spend our time doing things , spending money on fun , seeing the sights , going out to eat , drinking too much .
