Our criteria needs/wants is <$2300 rent not including utilities, 900+ sqft, 2BR, on-site laundry, 1 off-street parking spot (2 preferably), kitchen for someone who cooks a lot and somewhere that doesn't have a ton of noise pollution like next to a heavily traveled road, train line, or the place shaking because a passing airplane, train or flushing of the neighbors toilet.

It was very impressive.I met James at Reedy company very nice company as well and also Alex Craig very competent operator.. each of them in their own space from what I can see does a very nice job...But Ben I like you because you pushed me over the edge and I am now a absolutely positively happy Tesla owner and will never go back to gas.. and can't wait until they make an Electric airplane :)

@John Thedford  write offs are impressive for me I spent just under 100k in 2015 on airplane tickets and hotels  LOL... yes you have to file a return.. and in CA you have to pay 800.00 franchise tax fee on top of it.
