Should I combine the marketing of my PM company and my buy/sell RE services in one?

My $2000 also covers stuff that inevitably break under normal use - I had to replace a washer $700, a stove $600, a microwave $100, and a grill $400, all  within last 2 years, and paid close to $1000 for various service calls by electricians and HVAC techs and pest control. 

Without these replacement jobs, only lower-paying service sector positions will remain as area incomes fall due to the loss of higher-paying jobs, city services decline and crime increases.

It’s not necessary to stay local for these services as long as you have online bank statements or a solid way to get them to the bookkeeper.

Hey Jonathan,The program was through Lead-Safe Chicago https://www.leadsafechicago.org/lead-service-line-replacemen..., we had an old water meter that was replaced with a newer one as part of the program. 

HVAC is old but functions - ask for seller to get them professionally serviced if it is not done yearly.
