I hate full blown Landlord Software because I only have about 10 units and hate the fees...I am a big fan of the "Lite" Landlord Software and the only one for rent payment that can be 100% free for the landlord and the tenant WITH automatic late fees is apartments.comI actually did a whole video about this on my YouTube channel comparing the must have features of any rental collection tool!

My guess is they are people that watch a lot of YouTube and TikTok, but are not actually real estate investors.  

Take Nithin, for example—we recently featured him on our YouTube channel, where he shared how he’s now pulling in $25k+ per month.

I've watched some of the YouTube videos and listened to their podcasts - some of the free advice is helpful but I wouldn't pay for their courses or "mentorship" program.

Everyone talks about their success, especially the young YouTubers.

@Jonathan Feliciano I don't own anything up in East Cleveland but just look it up on YouTube so you can get a good idea/feel of what the neighborhoods look like.
