I am using TurboTenant and self managing the Nomad property.

All self praise shared by Neal Bawa before was just that advertisement.

You LP lost everything.Other ways, poor property management team isn't managing property well, and syndicator bought in tertiary market with only one or two managers available and no way to self manage.  

To answer your question, no I do not use a PM, I've been self managing for a few years.

I say that because every decent legit place I know of in market, yes offers the option of doing just tenant placement, for self-managing. 

It’s a mutifamily property with 6 units and I have a W-2 job so not something I can self manage.

If you self manage short-term rentals it's well within reach.
