I like that they have built-in solar panels and batteries to power the home in the event of a Grid-down sitaution.My concern would be: will they be valued as manufactured homes are?

@Rashid Khalil This still sounds really sketchy.Solar company installs panels for ~$35k and attaches lein against the property to ensure payment.

I don't know how much siding is loose, but assuming we're talking about a few panels of vinyl, I could easily do everything on that list in one 8 hour day including picking up materials.

And yes, they will know that you changed the panel, even if you remembered to scuff up the new one a bit.Personally, I'd rather shoot for making $15-20k on a few small flips rather than trying to successfully flip a half-million dollar house in Chesterfield.
