Hello All Or Anyone,My Name is Kirsten I am a Nebraska Realtor with EXP REALTY LLC.   

Ideally, I'd like my first few projects to be local to me in Atlanta/West GA/NW GA market as I get my footing but am flexible for the right deal (out of state or more south/east of Atlanta which I know investors are loving right now).If you are an experienced investor currently cash flowing 500k+ annually I'd love to hear your thoughts on my goals, pitfalls to avoid, strategies to employ etc. 

California isn't ideal because the current migration from the rest of the country to the southeast means low appreciation or even short term depreciation will be an issue. 

I have asked 30 people in the southeast for an "informal" survey, but wanted to get input from the bigger community on bigger pockets. 

I'm about to put an offer on a duplex southeast of Childrens Hospital, sort of in/near 'southern orchards'. 

I am available to work with investors looking at investments in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.I have developed relationships with local lenders and contractors which would help service properties.

Hey German - I looked into this strategy with a company that builds prefab homes in the Southeast and found that it is roughly the same price to build prefab as site built.

So here are my thoughts about Chicago- We have invested in the Midwest, SouthWest & Southeast. 

I'm interested in connecting with someone who has done a subject-to deal in South East Idaho in the last couple years.I'm under contract to buy a house where the sellers were pretty "motivated" to sell.
