I think my spaces are slightly smaller though, so that might compensate for an equal price.I just don't know if I want to be in another kind of business.

I am leasing my space and the owner is constantly having to make major repairs that cost mega money.

If I had a busy work week I just closed out the rentals and when I was willing to share my space I opened the rentals.

Also added jetted tubs, garbage disposals, washers and dryer sets, water softeners and garage door openers. 130+ doors later I learned people will fall over themselves to rent my spaces just because of the kitchen finishes.So dishwasher yes, disposal no.

Likewise, I would not be happy if I was in the bottom unit and people were going in/out of my space at all hours. 

Too introverted and needing my space, butting heads with my father at times, etc etc.

I just want to pay my rent for my space, end of story.

One more obvious example of my microfocus and your macro lens on this business.For those who have done the wise things in my space, who built carefully knowing the day would come when the wolf came to the door, when the crisis passes I think we're going to be looking at incredible opportunities.
