Landlords: I need your advice

We have to install on all our permitted renovations, and have had zero issues with bathroom moisture since using them.Not sure how that'd work in a whole house situation, but something to consider if you decide to seek a technological solution.Good luck!

I have a property under contract to close approximately jan 30. The pipes were stolen prior to contract resulting in water gushing inside and wet carpets etc. The humidity is high and carpets are not going to dry out....

@Bob Hucker, moisture appears to be the big issue... not uncommon on wood door jambs like that one... in my experiences, "sawdust" like that usually meant I would find carpenter ants.

Federal law requires landlords to provide information to tenants about the prevention and clean up of mold.... order the EPA booklet "Mold and Moisture in the Home" available by website download or as a pamphlet.

The inspector did point out some evidence of water damage on the ceiling and stated it might be from the upstairs bathroom...it tested negative for moisture but probably bc the unit was vacant at the time.
