I really only hear mixed reviews, but can't say one way or another personally. 

First thing is NEVER feel concerned of hurting someone's feelings or ego, your reviewing to employ them, that makes you the boss doesn't it?

This includes contacting the applicant’s employer and speaking with their supervisor to confirm job stability, income, and reliability​. if the person has not been employed at their place of employment they would require a guarantorCredit Score and Debts: Applicants need a minimum credit score of 620, and while we review debts, medical debts are generally not disqualifying unless they impact overall financial health.Criminal History: We do review criminal history to ensure safety and security for our tenants, while remaining mindful of state and federal guidelines.Rental History: Positive references from past landlords, with no evictions or significant lease violations in the past five years, are essential. and we can see into the court system if they have an eviction judgement.Release of Information: We include a release form allowing us to verify employment and rental history directly, which helps us get a clearer picture of an applicant’s background.This process has worked well so far, but I’m always open to improving.

She ended up "finding" 5k that was put on other clients orders, she refunded 5k and still refuses to get on a call to review all the receipts for the remainder of unauthorized charges.* No calls accepted to review receipts: I have asked Jenny several times for the last 3+ weeks to get on a call to review the receipts and all of the items that are in the house, I have given her several deadlines to resolve the issue, she has never accepted any of my invitations to join any calls despite me pleading her to do so as my credit card payment is now due and has a 29.99% interest rate if not paid.I have found several people that were also affected with just 2 facebook posts.

Also, there are many integrations available with QuickBooks so that receipts, bills, invoices can be sent to Quickbooks or outside software to read each and automatically create the transaction and we just have to review and approve.

You need to review the assessment record for your property as there may be errors. 

Chris,What are you looking to finance or accomplish I ask because with a quick Yelp review there are some negative reviews.

@Jon Martin  I agree and in short term its just not worth what you will get in reviews for something like this. 

I'm able to review the reports provided and help my clients make the best choices depending on what they're doing.

The virtual agency, The Real Estate CPA, was featured on Bigger Pockets and has their own podcast but I have not found any reviews for them.
