What I mean is finding the type of deals that you could do with each of them that would capitalize on their unique knowledge and skill sets and desires.

We hear less BPRE episodes featuring individual investors, and it missing the breadth of STR and LTR knowledge that David Green and Rob brought into the discussion with the guests. 

Just wondering how many folks would really use this that are like I said not really educated on how title and escrow works and I find East coast folks to be highly reliant on closing attornies and have very little knowledge of title and escrow functions..

I had a project in Sanford FLA that was the historic district and it was a nightmare ( never again) after months of BS  thats what I had to do..

I am wondering if any lenders or knowledgeable investors know how feasible it could be to get a DSCR loan as a first-time home buyer/investor.

I think any seller without much knowledge of being the lender would appreciate the added benefits and hassle free approach using a third party.

AND just because you have experience and a “good deal” doesn’t mean you will be successful trying to syndicate the deal.The first criteria is does the sponsor have the general knowledge and experience in real estate, and the specific knowledge and experience in the property type/location to give the project the best shot at success?
