In fact, India and China now outsource to them.

If that was a 200k loan lets say and they have 20 or 30 investors into one loan.. that's a lot of personal e mails that need to go out. and or fielding the inquiries as they come in.. they probably need to outsource this to india call centers  LOL.. but a premtive e mail as stated would probably keep folks calm.

I wholesaled a house in Orange County while on vacation in India so yours shouldn't be very difficult.

The other thing to keep in mind the in migartion from CA is more of a brain drain.. and the folks coming in from CA were highly qualified , had money ( sold their CA home and cashed in) and basically pretty good people  ( I am one LOL). and a lot of other states.. we have a lot of labor that came from Mexico.. but also a lot of white collar professionals from India and China.

In my experience, you can find people in India, Pakistan and other foreign countries for $6-$9 and hour and US based people for $9 an hour and up.
