Hi,I have a wonderful tenant who unexpectedly became very ill and now finds herself having a hard time paying rent.  

Any business credit I do take out will be under the LLC and ill make sure the lender doesn't report to the consumer reporting bureaus 

Either way, maybe we have one thing in common after all.I don't carry any ill will towards you or your business, and also don't want to damage your business.

While initially enthusiastic about the potential of the property, upon inspection, I found myself overwhelmed by the extent of work required for its rehabilitation.As a beginner in this field, I must admit that I feel ill-equipped to accurately assess the necessary renovations and calculate the total cost of rehabilitation.

In addition to being part of a few syndication deals in the Houston and dallas area, ill just speak anecdotally: Its very hit or miss and really depends who you get to review the case.

Ill be doing so with my brother, we both make good money and wanted to find a way to put it to work.

Ill let him know  next job and we start all over...

We already have a primary residence in the area with a mortgage, since we had moved to his part of the country because he was ill in 2021 when mortgage rates were 3%.

Ill have a cashflow of about $450/mo after all expenses.

Due to an illness in the family we need to terminate the lease on our rental property early in order to sell the property; the lease expires in January 2025.
