Mine are Harris and Galveston counties.

I have been to different areas of the country and in lots of areas , I would be wealthy , in other areas I would barely survive . 

I've been shopping around with brokers and have tried Obie and Steadily and those told me that they have no providers currently writing Landlord Policies in Harris County Houston TX.Can anyone advise if they have also run into this and if they have found  a solution?

I called up Harris County, gave the address and they let me know over the phone.  

Also, if I receive an application from a renter with a LARGE service dog, am I required to accept it, knowing that the grass in the small patch of lawn will not survive it (I am currently having to resod because of a departing renter's big dog).THANKS in advance.

Also, there's a better chance it will survive the first tenant.
