Personally I am not always a fan of bath mats being out (I usually drape them over the tub before pulling over the shower curtain to hide it) However, with only a shower and tile floors that can get slippery … Pottery Barn has some nice oversized ones that would look nice there.  

Some of your classmates and friends may be more vocal about expressing it or conversely be better at hiding it.

But I think we all know not ALL people are rational, and some people / agents / adult-children don't quite get it or hide facts ( fake income statements, etc. )    

Too many people hide their mistakes and only show the good stuff.

Sometimes what we do is go to edit (In the accounts section with the HELOC selected) and under visibility hide it from net worth calculations. 

As long as the IRS can track it and see I'm not hiding anything, recording it and paying the appropriate tax, I doubt they would have an issue...  

A little texture helps hide less than perfect walls.

Many times they will claim it's wonderful and then try to hide their worst deals by only showing completed deals.

Seller had boxes and debris stacked up against the wall in the basement hiding a crack that needed a costly repair.

If you have to try to hide it, you probably shouldn't be doing it.
