Hey everyone,I was wondering if anyone has taken a course for the Builder/Contractor License Exam in Michigan?

If it is new construction the number is going to depend on the builder.  

Builders and institutional investors have responded with a number of build-to-lease projections throughout the area. 

3- Job Market Growth is still strong in ATX 4- Population growth continues although not at the same pace as the pandemic. 5- Supply side problem - Builders overbuilding creating downward pressure on housing prices. 

Its those kind of brokerages that work with investors developers builders etc etc.

Jason - The reason I own a parcel is because my initial intent was to build a single family LTR and unfortunately I signed a build contract with a builder that I relied on a turnkey provider to vet.
