I would have moved to the USA in 2008-2011 and forgot the Australian market. 

It's a pain in the A$$ for the Australian party.

I focus primarily on filling my Australian based superannuation fund, as it's self managed.

This would all apparently add up to make the cashflow potential much higher in many more deals.As we are so new to the property investing game and have so much to learn, we are really keen to meet and connect with like minded people and anyone who may be able to give us some tips or advice, especially anyone with any insight into the Australian and New Zealand markets, who may have even invested there themselves.Please don't hesitate to say hi, and we look forward to chatting to you all soon!

I'd like to be able to see the messages queued up and be able to edit a message for a particular booking or even pause it so that it would not be sent.

I felt it time to introduce myself.I'm an expat Australian  (from Melbourne), having become a permanent US resident in 2009.

I did... and not for the US investor I did it for the Australian investors who were must getting their clocks cleaned by very bad actors here in the US... 

However, I think the biggest factor is going to be TWO big players  #1 Institutional investor (hedge funds) who invested in billions of dollars in real estate  #2  Foreign investors (namely Chinese but Australian, Canadian, European too) who bought a ton of US real estate.
