It's quite common and beneficial to the builder to sell homes before they are officially completed.

Make sure to get an official term sheet and so not fall for the bait and switch.

I didn't implement it because I didn't feel comfortable setting up an official government-looking website and letterhead, tell them you will send them money to pay their taxes, then tell them that you can't. 

So, if you don’t get approved, you’ll have to start the eviction process which will also take several weeks until the tenant is officially out. 

Hey Min, Can you buy the property in advance as an "investment property" and then when you officially make the move, you can refinance it into a primary residence at much lower interest rates?

I’m certainly is no expert on this.The county delinquent tax office said the auction date is the official date of sale but they aren’t exactly the tax experts either.SC is the state.I gave an example of the deed above.
