Which ever home you choose as the main home it will be a tax deduction so it should work out in the long run.Another thing to consider is having two primary homes does not offer a great Schedule E option where you can have the bigger tax shelter.

I think its highly regional.. if your in Napa or Sonoma people go there to drink wine.. so I think it would be no issue.. same with Walla Walla area of E Washington. not sure how anyone drinks those sweet wines  though you get back east LOL..

Actually, YES, not only MAY the act of simply showing a property factually create "procuring cause" and be inclusive of a protected list, BUT just the action of having sent an e-mail of the listing, client having opened and seen that listing, not ever setting foot on premises, YES, that alone CAN be "procuring cause" and LEGALLY include such property into a protected list.

(run arounds).On Sept. 9, 24 Click pay finally sent out an e(ACH) payment of 960.33 back to my bank.On the Retreat Ledge however it lists the payment going out back to my bank, and a NSF Fee Income  charge of 75.

I've seen folks create their own management company to convert the Schedule E income to Schedule C (or w-2 if it's an S-Corp), but how does being an agent help with that?
