Can I just leave it and tuck point it / seal it up for now?

You know, the 2 year job history, tried to bump up my income since houses in LA are mad expensive and tried to tuck away as much money as I could in order to cover downpayment and closing costs.

I also don't want to come across as spammy and leave them in strange places like tucked in the screen door. 

Also focus on masonry, it gets very expensive and there is no return on investment, driveways, steps, and tuck pointing are the big items for this. 

But you can say things like 2 master bedrooms OR maybe one bedroom on the first floor, 3 on the second floor and one quietly tucked away on the third floor.
