I am leaning on local first for my next investment, but not ruling out an out-of-market opportunity. 

I live in CA and own my primary residence. 

My husbands va loan has been a powerful for your investing.

I will add that Ko has been an asset to many of my clients.

House hacking is one of my favorite investment and wealth building strategies.
