Visual isn't good enough.

Aside from that the visuals really put this together for everyone to enjoy and learn from.

I will also draw up a blueprint or a 3-D visual for them.

That can put an unexpected stop to your cash flow.Personally I would like to visit the property and at least do a visual inspection.

The seller could argue that a visual inspection would have revealed the catch basin full of silt, but that would not necessarily support their failure to disclose the problem prior to the sale. 

My gut tells me that the presence of a radon mitigation system may be a deterrent to renters, even though the property "may" be much safer than surrounding properties.

Tenant has the option to either leave the window bars 'swing-able' without a lock (essentially just for use as a visual deterrent)...or they can add a key or combo lock to the bars to keep them more secure (key/combo lock is NOT OK for fire codes). 

Lawyers that sue like to see assets that can be recovered easily so maybe keep properties heavily mortgaged as another deterrent.
