That spells chaos, costly mistakes, and a bitter taste about REI.

Not sure if she's done a project like that, but in my opinion her style, taste, and abilities would suit the project well. 

But having $15k in escrow given back to a wholesaler just seems like it'd leave a bitter taste in any seller's mouth.

Whats respectful, legal, tasteful?
