Try to use words in the text that are similar but not the same as the targeted terms so the theme of the page is obvious to the search engine bots.

Reading back at the posts, there are two themes that are held, one being that people need to act now and the other is a justification for your costs in giving advice.

There are plenty of theme sites that sell modern, mobile friendly Wordpress themes for a one time fee of less than $25-50.For some up front cost you could pay a Wordpress developer to setup custom listing post types and any other customization you want.

As you can tell from the repomses color is a personal choice But notice the common theme all the colors/most are neutrel/earth toneswith a semi-gloss white trim I follow with Behr white ceiling paint.

The general theme of this thread has been that wholesalers marketing a property for sale without a license are doing so illegally, but that if they had a license, then it would be legal.

I cut my teeth selling recreational land in CA ... so this was a common theme 40 years ago... and U certainly cannot get power to them without county approvals... so yes UTLS will be the issue along with neighbors complaining to the county.

Last I check folks are moving out of CA and heading to TX and that is a theme that will play for some time.  

A good clean car conforming to the minimum expectation standards for r.e. agents in your area, seems to be the theme, and is the best advice anyone has given.
