Unless you fall into a very deep equity position on a large asset and are able to acquire, add value, and exit (refi or sell) within the next 11 months of the year- which I know is not something I can likely do with that kind of time span

Average commission rate, Im using whats average in my MLS system, which is the largest in the country spanning multiple metro areas, so Im sure there could be variance there.But theres no way I can figure out how the average at EXP can possibly be higher.

I don't listen to the podcast either not even my own.. as I don't have the attention span and most of whats talked about I have experienced over 40 years of doing this stuff.. not that I know it all I certainly don't.. but pod cast to me could not be more boring to try to watch or listen to so I don't do those on any site..
