Everybody wants something for nothing, and I will wager there are many here on this site who look for a pot of gold and do not think they will have to work hard or sacrifice for it.That's not my experience.

If it does, I know that I am still paying myself first and contributing to my retirement no matter what and will have a pot of gold at the end.

Worked on a 5 Plex up on East bench of SLC, Utah by University of Utah.Put about 30 hours of cleanup and paint work and sold it for a $1500 profit.I was the punk teenager that just made $50 an hour ( back in 1975).Real estate agents made each about $2200 in commissions!

@Mark Ferguson  as more states legalize pot and since Colorado is building apartments everywhere I also feel that Colorado may be nearing a peek in rental opportunity.  

Agree, with a much deeper bench and if healthy at playoff time there should be no stopping the Cavs this year!

Tonight’s CNBC special on Colorado’s pot business has peaked my curiosity.

The case also goes to trial (although they request jury trials, they never happen-both sides always agree to bench trials).
