She does repeat herself quite a bit about her philosophies, but it's kinda the point of the book, I guess she wants people to get her :POne of the best books I have ever read, but most people either fall in love with it, or hate its guts.

It is your business, so it should be a business decision, but in my rentals I will not offer that to a tenant because I do not agree with the philosophy.
