I compared Keller Williams, Better Homes & Gardens, Valley Harwood & Blouin (local, but strong), Bean Group, C21 and eXp.In the end, I just make more money with eXp. 

Does it come with a house (outbuildings, farm equipment) and a vegetable garden surrounded by strawberry bushes?

Hello everyone again,I have numerous updates:1) Lazzini property - sold in June 2016 at breakeven to loan amount2) Chelsea property - got vandalized again (3 times in 3 years) because boarding up apparently wasn't good enough and having this so-called "honest and reliable" management company that promised to drive by 1x/month and charged me for gardening 2x/month did NOT DO ANYTHING!  

In this market, normally the tenants pay for the utilities.You could also look on the Garden State Multiple Listing Service for the direct info on the properties. 

the tenant also maintained my yard for which I pay him $70 a month. i was told by the other gardener that my tree will prone to disease and insect because of bad topping. photo is before and after.
