And just like back then, their is no "getting back to normal", there will be a new normal, and new market leaders.

If, for some reason our local leaders don't get it passed, there is SB1117 at the State Senate that would force local municipalities to allow ADUs across the state (as well as allowing easier approvals for multifamily housing) and take a lot of control out of local hands.
