North Mpls has the lowest property values in the city, I generally do not look for properties in that region so I don't want to treat it as a monolith, just like any other part of the city it can be block by block but I stay away personally.

(SIDE NOTE: I lived there & had income using it as a room househack  at first & then a full rental after another RE purchase- just as you guys taught) Numbers & market say sell the home however, the property is literally 3 blocks from strip, to airport & UNLV-location, location, location-therefore confused on sell/don't sell.

First on the chopping block is/was naturally cash out refinances on rental properties.But some lenders were at 4% or 5%, room to absorb what others don't have capacity to do.
