No, all of my tenants pay thru ACH (automated clearing house).  

I have seen on the forums if money was sent via credit card/ach a W-9 from the vendor is not needed. 

@Carey Branam While I would say yes, you are legally safe, I think head-ache wise, you'd be better off waiting a few days. 

My preferred method is via ACH transfer. 

I will be staying in the city for 4-5 more years to complete a residency and then I would like to move back to South Florida.I enjoy practicing medicine very much but I have been interested in RE investing ever since I picked up some Robert Kiyosaki books in early high school.

Currently, my profession is in the medical field as I am a medical assistant for a well known Sports Medicine Clinic.
