I am looking to buy a washer, dryer, and dishwasher for a C-Class unit in Tacoma and was thinking of just paying a visit to my local Lowes, but was hoping to get input from the rest of the community and see if they had any alternatives I should consider.

The only other place I would think of investing right now is Tacoma. 

Depending on your state, you may probably have to pay fees, and/or hire movers on the day of the eviction.

I blazed through Rich dad poor dad the day i bought it after hearing just about every guest mention it on the bp podcast. returning to the podcasts after the book the stories are not only influential but incredibly informative. as i sit analyzing deals all i can hear is  Brandon's voice as the new voice in my head. i attempted a flip this week. found a great property in tacoma next to a nice creek. went and looked at the house and after talking with the realtor i decided to put in an offer. was able to get an HML as was looking to get the rest funded. later today i received a text from the realtor saying the house wasn't allowed to be flipped. according to the listing agent the home must be a primary residence 60 days after closing. is that a thing?
