I guess I've just lived in low-tax areas for too long.I'm just running numbers but wanted to know if you have walked away from properties because the property taxes were so high.

The other place on Lutheran I've just started to work on...good new on Lutheran is that house is the last vacant not under renovation on the block. 3 of 6 houses on my side two months were vacant with no signs of life....except squatters and racoons.

I've just got to figure it out.
