While the cash flow won't be as high, the small mountain towns rely quite a bit on tourism, so we don't anticipate any regulations being placed in those areas that would prohibit us from continuing.  

One down side I see is that younger generations are embracing more of a minimalist life style.

It is undergoing a boom from development and tourism.

Cartagena on the other hand may be too over priced and in my opinion is over reliant on tourism.

Those realtor who understand the role of wholesalers should embrace them, because they can moves those REOs fast and the agents get their fee faster and with less work.

I think the key is to embrace what makes your successful even if it is not industry norm.

We designed our project around what the city said they wanted but instead of embracing it they dragged their feet for nearly 3 years before approving the project and allowing construction to start.

For residential (operating as STR's) what are your plans when the tourism dollars drop off? 

You should embrace realtors are only paid once you close, so if you look at 100 houses & dont close, as a realtor myself, yah id get frustrated too that im wasting my time too.
