@Marty Summers As long as you're not a licensed agent, there's nothing wrong with you contacting the seller directly, but the seller's agent should have insisted that all communications be run through him to prevent the seller from saying something that weakens his negotiating position.I suspect that if you got the seller to de-list, you could be sued for interference in a contractual relationship.Also, the agent is under no obligation to de-list while the contract is in effect.

I have "landlord" account set up with GA Power so I don't have to pay the set up fee every time tenants leave and gets put back in my name temporarily until next tenant moves in.

When Covid goes away that trend will weaken significantly and most of humanity will go back to working and living the old fashioned way and cities will continue to grow. 9-11 did not kill New York - although I know in the early day’s post the attacks there were a lot of articles about how NYC will empty out.
