I would appreciate any input as to whether this seems like a good deal or am I just spinning my wheels?

We know that there are many gurus out there trying to put their spin or mark on the REI platform as the #1 Go To real estate wizard, and many scams can follow. 

I have experience in managing large multi family apartments and the leasing of them, however that part bores me as I’m a big picture thinker and managing tenants makes my head spin. 

We have gone the "traditional" route with a spin. 

if you're thinking that a realtor will steer you into good deals, you're spinning your wheels.

There's alot of good info online, but there are so many restrictions that can trigger a disqualified transaction, that it can make your head spin.

We checked the water meter every time we went to the building I had a BIG note for myself,, If the meter needle was spinning even slightly I knew we had a drip or leak and I was right on it..

After reading posts after posts of land trust, LLC and asset protection, etc, my head is spinning.
