About the only risks involved are with the insured closing agent or title company trying to rob you, that's slim to none.The cheapest way is to close with seller financing from the original seller, the note goes to "escrow" and in the second sale, that note is paid off, that seller closed accepting the note, the money they receive is from the loan payoff. :)
